FEMALE FIGHTERS MMA

COACHES DESCRIPTON: With a beginners atmosphere, we focus on having female student’s only in our classes as our training philosophy.  While our classes offer high intensity circuit type training with a mixed martial arts twist, our students do not just get fit, they also learn the martial arts and self-defense techniques such as boxing, striking, muay thai, and jiu jitsu all while providing them with other females to train with, that are in weight classes simular to their own!   Our goal is to provide quality training for our students with a non-intimidating, no pressure, easy to learn atmosphere and experience.

STUDENTS DESCRIPTION:  No sweaty, smelly, hairy, intimidating, creepy, macho, show off, trying to impress you, testosterone filled room full of dangerous men, trying to hit on you, while you learn martial arts and try to get your WORK OUT ON!!

NEW STUDENTS: If you are coming to class for the very first time we ask that you come 1/2 hour before class begins to fill out your new student paperwork and just email, call, or text us the day of class, just so we can be prepared and know to expect you.  704-999-5575
